RSVP cards with food choice

I listed the choices and asked hem to initial.

@becoming so would a beef___ fish___ at the bottom of the card be sufficient, you think?

Mine said choice of entree:

----buffet ----vegetarian ----gluten free

We're only doing buffet, but if we tell our venue how many vegetarian and gluten free, they'll make sure there are enough options for those people

This is how I did mine (though I'm a dope and forgot the "not attending" line. Guess everyone is expected to come, bahahaha.

I wish I'd been more explicit about asking for initials - only like 3 our first the 60 or so cards we've gotten back had initials, but it was clear at least for those who rsvp'd online.

We used online responses, through our wedding website (3 choices), and offered the option of an e-mail address, for special dietary considerations. We had no problems and only 1 couple, who didn't RSVP, by the due date.

We still don't have our final options picked out but know that one will be beef and one chicken so we did that with a "special diet" write in for others. We also didn't ask to initial, but we can hunt people down to see what they want if they don't fill it in correctly (it is a small wedding).
