RSVP Cards - What does yours look like?

I had guest names printed on the RSVP card (because I didn't do two envelopes). Then they could check Accepts or Declines next to each name.

I thought this would cut out people writing in names.... but it didn't

We have a travel theme so ours will say

__Wouldn't miss it for the world.

__Will have to celebrate from afar.

I wanted to have:

__Will be there with bells on.

__Not coming...I heard there would be bells.

I am trying to make my RSVP cards as clear as possible to avoid having my guest write in whatever they choose, but I also want to make it easy for myself and not time consuming...

The ladies with the phrase "number of guests attending" (or something similar), are you pre-filling that in for them, or having the guest do that?

I wrote in how many were reserved and then they could write in how many are attending.. just cause lets say i invite 2 but only one can come.

Mine are pretty simple.

I can't find a picture, but we added the song request line to ours.

I REALLY wanted a fun one, but I know some of my family is so lame and wouldn't get the joke so they would be freaking out and get really confused. So I went with plain stuff. Although, we are inviting children, so the wording had to change somewhat.

Does anyone have a response card with a menu?? Or do you usually do that separate??

@FuturemrsDickinson - I love your idea! Most of my family would love it because they know it's total FW and I's personality but at the same time I feel obligated by those few stiff elders out there to be traditional.

Ours have the options accepts with pleasure and declines with regret. Then at the bottom it has a total number of guests attending line.

"Accept with Pleasure" "Decline with Regret" as well, then i had a spot for Name(s) as I really don't like the RSVP cards with the capital M

I left # of guests attending open, because we aren't strict on the amount and don't need actual numbers for the caterer. If we did, I would have filled it in.
