You really have to be careful about ordering from sites that do not give you address information for the company. Lots of people get inferior products and either have trouble getting a refund or cannot get their money back.

Did you end up ordering? I also saw the PERFECT dress on Royce Bridal and wanted to see if anyone had ordered from there.

I didn't, but I'm ordering from a different online one. If you go on YouTube, you can find wedding review videos from Royce and other places. Honestly I felt better about ordering after I saw them, I just found another dress I liked more lol. Good luck and congratulations!

Avoid them at all cost. Left side is what we received, right side is from their website. Beads fell off. Threads pulled out. Had to buy a new dress all together.

I have ordered from them half a month ago. The status hadn’t change since I made a payment (confirmed). And they promise to deliver it in a half a month. They also stopped replying me in support chat. It is scam. I do not recommend it!
