Royal blue- keep it or switch

Hi all- my fiancé and I are getting married in September. We love the color blue so we decided on royal blue as it was a bit lighter than navy. Now that I’ve/we’ve been looking at website, invitation designs, center pieces and bridesmaid dresses, I realize that there are many things in royal blue. I am at a place where I’m thinking about switching to navy. I love the color and we will have more flexibility. Any thoughts?

It’ll be harder to find things in royal blue, but it’s so gorgeous if it were me I would try to keep it!

I wanted royal blue but couldn’t find bridesmaid dresses that matched my dress well. Ended up going with Sapphire Morilee satin dresses, which is a lighter navy color.

Also navy colors look AMAZING with light ivory wedding dresses, IMO. Almost switched to a dark navy based on that alone

Blue is our favorite color so cobalt blue is what we're going with peacock colors as accents with pops of pink.

Royal blue Is beautiful but definitely harder to find decor. Navy is such a neutral color and easy to match and decorate with

I love the royal blue, but yes my sister moved to Navy for the reason that she couldn't find much. Although she ended up using mostly gold and the corral color on the invitations and such so what is your other color?

I love Royal Blue, Blue is my favorite color to begin with. My bridesmaids wore Royal Blue dresses and everyone loved them!
