This is a rough one. Due to budget we only have venue 5 hours. We also have everything in the beginning cause his mom and grandma have Heath problems. We want them to be able to leave early and not miss out on anything.

I'm not understanding your question here. It seems like you've got it all figured out to me. I dont think the timeline feels rushed. Mine will be very similar just with 1 more hour of dancing.
