Just wondering if anyone has gotten straps/sleeves/boleros/topper from Rosemary Designs?

I believe she had an etsy shop a while back but I cant seem to find it now? I have been looking for reviews on her work?

Any suggestions for where to have sleeves made for a dress would be great

Hi Jules! I came across some reviews on Yelp; you should try searching there to view customer feedback. I also came across a range of options of where to get sleeves made by googling it. I hope you're able to find some great selections.
Do you a have specific inspiration for your dress; what style are you going for?

Wow, her sleeves are really beautiful! Where did you get your get your dress? They may be able to do alterations there. I'm having custom sleeves added to mine by the seamstress at the boutique I bought the dress, but I had to order extra fabric and beads for $460, which was a lot more than I expected. Now I'm thinking I should have shopped around more!

Rosemary Designs made a wedding topper for me and it was exactly what I wanted! She does great work!

RoseMary Designs is still in business. Now it is an online store- www.rosemarydesigns.org, (but I believe it once was on Etsy). They made my friend some beautiful off the shoulder straps, that looked like they had come with the dress. There are many reviews in the online store.
