Rose gold ring with silver jewelry?

Outside of detail pictures, your ring and hair piece probably won't be in the same pictures, so a silver hair piece wouldn't be much of an issue there. If you want a match-y look, then it would probably make sense to get your other accessories in silver, but you can definitely have different colored metals if you'd prefer rose gold.

The joy of metals - they are technically neutrals. So gold, rose gold, and silver (or white gold/platinum) can be mixed without a hassle. I'll be wearing a mix of white gold and yellow gold on the day, because the majority of my personal jewelry (including my engagement and wedding ring) are white gold, but I have family pieces that are yellow gold that I am also incorporating. You can absolutely wear silver and rose gold. Get whatever bracelet/earrings/necklace you like that makes you feel best. Don't worry about the metals all being the exact same.
