Have you checked on Etsy? I've seen quite a few rose gold jewelry options on there!

I love rose gold on my tan skin, and have seen it becoming more popular. You could certainly find rose gold jewelry (even watches) in fine jewelry stores. For fashion jewelry, you could search "rose" or "pink" on department store or fashion websites such as Ted Baker, Nordstrom's, Bloomingdale's, Baublebar, Francesca's, etc.

For shoes, I would consider searches using the words "metallics". Jeffrey Campbell, Ferragamo, Loeffler Randall, Schutz, Chinese Laundry, Lulu's have rose and pink heels. You can also find pink elements in white sneakers of Balenciaga and Ted Baker. If you cannot find the shoes you want, consider open-toed shoes with rose gold or pink toenails that will peek out from a long dress when you walk. Best wishes!

All my jewelry was rose gold since it was one of my colors and my ring also have a hint of rose gold. My tiara was from Etsy! Highly recommended looking there then a bridal shop. Cheaper and better quality! Jewelry was a 3 piece set from Amazon! Was also supper impressed with the quality of it.
