Roles for 2 nieces and a nephew

This weekend, we are going to ask my FH's nieces and nephew to be in our wedding. We're thinking the youngest girl, 4 years old, for Flower Girl. Nephew is 13, so we're thinking Usher. The older girl is 11, so maybe Ring Bearer?

I've read other posts about having a girl Ring Bearer, but they were primarily younger girls. Is 11 too old? I just don't want her to be bummed out when we ask!

Personally I'd want the 11 year old to be ring bearer so I know the rings don't get dropped or lost! Sounds like a good plan to me

I think I was around 11 when I was a guest book attendant. Granted, I was an old soul.

4 yo flower girl is perfect, 13 yo usher is perfect, but for the 11 yo, I would do a "Junior Bridesmaid". She can wear a dress that is age appropriate and matches the bridesmaids. This would make her feel special, as in my opinion, ring bearer and flower girl tend to be for younger kids. She can carry a flower ball and walk with the flower girl, but gets to feel like a glam young lady on the wedding day!

I'm a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, so my Little is already going to be a Junior Bridesmaid... Adding another will make 1/2 my side kids lol

Gotcha. I had 4 adult bridesmaids and 2 jr.bridesmaids, so for me it was okay....but not everyone feels the same.
