Did any of you ladies order robes from a site called prettyrobes.com? I ordered 11/2 months ago and I keep getting the runaround from the company about my order status. I was wondering if any other people had the same problem.

I’ve never heard of them. Have you looked up any reviews online to see if anyone mentioned the same? That usually helps me when I’m having problems with a retailer.

Maybe Covid played a part in the delay since some things were shut down. I hope you receive your robes soon

I ordered a robe from them a couple of months ago and it took about a month to come in. I wouldn’t be surprised if COVID is the reason for the delay, but I’m sorry they’re giving you the runaround.

I have never heard of them and I am SO sorry they are giving you the runaround about them. I ordered mine from a wonderful lady on Etsy. Did customer writing and different colors for me. I had mine within a month. Maybe you can tell them that 2 months is more than enough time to provide you with at least an ETA or let them know that you will have to dispute the charges and get your money back if they cannot produce the robes soon.
