Ring thread! ♥️

Love that my ring is unique, I get so many questions/compliments on it!

Originally when I got my finger measured they told me I was a size 5, and sold my FH a ring for me. I wore it for 9 months, always thinking I was crazy for feeling like it was too big lol. Then (seriously crazy) I got a mosquito bite on the knuckle of my ring finger and had an allergic reaction (WHAT ARE THE ODDS) and ended up having to have the ring cut off in the emergency room 😂 when we brought it to the store to have it repaired, we were told the ring was a size 6, and the diamonds on this ring would be damaged if they sized it smaller...... so the guy who sold it to us basically lied to make the sale 😒 luckily the store allowed us to return the ring and gave us a full refund, and then we went to a local jeweler. Discovered I was actually a 4.5 (hahaha) and then custom designed my dream ring simple, radiant-cut solitaire on a white gold band. And a simple white gold wedding band to go with it just like I wanted. So after this whole stressful to-do, it all ended up working out for the best. (This is my engagement ring with both our bands that we just picked up this weekend!)

I love my ring! My FH took his dad and my best friend to pick it out, texted another friend d and picked out a beautiful ring 🥰

I’m so in love with my ring! And the best part is I didn’t pick this setting. My FH chose everything! And he did an amazing job.

This is my engagement ring and wedding band together! This was before we got it resized so it didn’t quite fit lol.

Love mine! I picked out the cut, H and I picked out the setting together, and H picked out the diamond! H would have picked out basically the exact same ring on his own, but maybe would have gotten a princess cut diamond instead. We both love simple and traditional rings with thin bands, so this was perfect for both of us. I just love how my cushion cut sparkles!

This is my upgrade! I still have the original engagement but similar situation as yours my fiancé started small.

My fiancé absolutely nailed it with picking this out! We went rung ahopping a handful of months prior so he knew my style, because I didn’t want a solitaire ring and like the vintage-y style to it.

Sorry too many pictures, I know. Lol but I'm just sooo obsessed with my pear shapped diamond. Got engaged on stage with one of my favorite Artists to my best friend.

Here is one of mine! FH and I got engaged 3 years ago. He proposed while I was in labor so I always jokingly say that it was a push present! This was my second ring, it is my favorite. FH got me another one this passed Christmas and it is gold so I don't wear it much.

Back In October at my nieces birthday party that was princess themed I had on a big pink heart shaped cocktail toy ring so it became this joke that he didn’t need to buy a ring now.. then he asked me what my ideal ring would be and all I told him was oval and simple and he nailed it 😍 even got the size right! The night of the proposal he actually asked my 7 year old daughter first and she got a ring before me!! Mine is on my hand, hers is in the box!

I’m not a diamond girl & this ring is so me! It doesn’t photograph as awesome as it is in person, it’s an opal with fire red, orange, peach, blue & green in it! Depending on the light it’s a different ring, it was shining bright when he gave it to me after a hike to the top of a mountain

I wanted one simple diamond and he did just that! He picked out the perfect ring for me.

My fiancé had saved a picture I had pointed out months before we got engaged and used it as an inspiration when he designed my ring. I’m a size 3.5 and work in a lab, so he knew I didn’t want anything too huge, which would likely look gaudy on me anyways. I love the vintage look so he kept the filigree style in mind. There are 6 diamonds on each side of the band, adding up to 12, one for each of the months, then the main diamond in the center for the rest of our lives together. I love it so much.
