Ring sizes

Heather, on March 29, 2022 at 9:31 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 5 5
Hello everyone! So I got my E ring and 2 wedding bands sized. I took the advise of the jewelr to get them all the same size even though they will not be soldered together. Now when wearing all 3, if I am hot, I can not get tThanks! Even when cold I have a major finger bulge going on. How would you get them resized? Leave the bottom how it is then take the E ring up about .25 then the top .5? Idk what to do but I know something needs to change.
Thankks!

I have my e ring sized a bit bigger than the size 7 I normally wear. However I have two bands that I have stacked at a size 7 which seems to hold the e-ring in place. I’m not sure if I am paranoid but I fear resizing too much as I worry that it may upset the integrity of the platinum over time. But I could be wrong.

I'm worried about sizing again as well. I figure just this one more time so it will be a total of 2 times for each ring. I just don't want them stuck in summer and barely fitting in winter. The jewler said they should have resistance coming off but I think it's too much now

My fingers are very tapered, so the base where my rings go are larger than my knuckles. I wear my wedding band on the bottom and its a half size larger than my engagement ring. Both leave noticeable indents in my fingers, and I definitely have issues getting them back on after working out or when its warm out, but rarely have problems getting them back off. I'd take it into a local jeweler and get a professional opinion, especially if youre worried about the integrity of the metal. However, you'd much rather deal with reinforcing the band a bit than having to have your rings ruined by getting them cut off your finger someday

I think you should resize or it will be very uncomfortable to wear, both of my rings are from the same jeweler and since the wedding rings were on the small side, so I ended up having them both modified to be able to wear them together
