Ring Rash

Does anyone get ring rash like this? I get it every couple of months and don't know why. I don't shower or sleep with my ring but I do wash my hands with it on. My hand looks huge in this pic lol

    I get that if i forget to take it off before running. My hands swell up from exercising.

    I had this problem, too! After an exhaustive internet search, I found several people who said soaking your rings in vinegar and peroxide would kill anything that might be irritating your skin. I was desperate enough to try it, and I'm so happy I did. My rash went away within days, and the itch went away immediately.
