Cyndy, how far is that from Sarasota? My FH grew up there and wanted a beach wedding at Anna Maria Island, but the cost to get us and my 2 daughter alone, to Florida from North Dakota would end up being pretty costly. We intend to go there for our Honeymoon and also do something for his friends and family down there that can't make it here for the wedding

Maybe one day I will visit Clearwater. I have been to Sarasota before and visited a friend named Orna, who lived there; but this was about 15 years ago, and the beach was fantastic!

View Quoted Comment No we didn’t hire a wedding planner. We did it all ourselves. I’m also our day of wedding coordinator. We thought about hiring someone but they wanted way to much and wanted things their way and they also didn’t like what we had chosen for our wedding. Granted somethings we’re having isn’t typical for a wedding but it’s our wedding day. Good much on choosing a coordinator for your day!!
