Ring guard?

Our jeweler added this to my ring. He said it doesn’t damage the ring and can be removed if needed.

The term “ring guard” means different things depending on where you are. When I worked in jewelry, it meant the a piece that gets attached temporarily to tighten the fit of a loose ring. Perhaps you’re thinking of an enhancer or something else?

If you are talking about ring enhancers we ordered mine the same size as my engagement ring. You can see my engagement ring is the one in the middle, and the enhancer went on both sides. Hope that helps you some!

I love my set that comes with two sperate bands that achieve that look of a ring guard but are not attached. As for the sizing, my assumption would be the same size as your engagement ring since the size is based off the circumference of the inside of the band, not the outside… I'm guessing the jeweler you work with should be able to help guide you on the specifics of ordering, if you aren't sire.
