I'd engrave something in the inside.for us we engraved each other's initials

I would engrave a short quote on my fiance's ring, and he could chose one for me. I would put "You're my lobster" on his (this is a FRIENDS reference, and we both have some great memories associated with the show!). It is extra special and unique to the two of us and our relationship

I would put our favorite song lyric

I would probably get the coordinates of where we had our very first date, which is also where we had our first kiss. It was the most romantic, just like you see in the movies!

We engraved "Forever and Always" inside our rings- it's kind of our go to saying on cards and notes.

I considered getting FH an engraved ring with our wedding date!

We did custom bands, but mine has stones more than halfway around, so there was only room for the date inside...he wanted the same as me, so just the date for him too, even though I kind of wanted to write more (Love you to the moon and back, if we did his)

Thanks everyone! I guess my question is more like are there any symbols you would put on your wedding bands. Like symbols representing love or luck or something like that. What would you want represented on your ring?

I don't know about symbols (we didn't have anything like that on my custom ring, nor did we engrave anything), but my favorite thing we added custom was the bridge. I suppose it could've been done with some kind of meaningful symbol, but we didn't even think of that.
