Ring Bearer or Sign Holder?

April, on September 28, 2011 at 10:29 PM Posted in Planning 0 4

So here is the issue.. We both have families of all boys when it comes to the younger kids. There are no girls, even our friends have boys. That being said we're trying to decide what to do without having a little girl to be the flower girl. Would it be odd to just have a ring bearer? We thought about having a boy just carry a sign instead. I saw a post a while back with a sign that said "Here comes the bride" which could be cute but would you put something on the back for on the way out? If so what? So many decisions all for such a little thing because of no girls...

"Just Married" OR a simple Monogram would be nice... I love the sign idea myself, but my little ring bearer probably won't grasp that concept very well (18 months)

I don't see why you couldn't do that.

One of my brides did the sign thing, which I think is adorable. The back said, "Yippee!!! They're married!!!" The little boys were so cute, and the crowd loved it.

April I'll loan you a flower girl if I can borrow a ring bearer : )

I've decide to tie the rings to a white football and have His father toss him the all from the audience.
