Ring bearer and no flower girl?

Hey guys! So we did a courthouse wedding last year, but parents begged for a big wedding with the poofy white dress and everything.. so we’re having the big wedding this April. We have a ring bearer and I was planning on having my niece as the flower girl. Unfortunately my niece will not be at the wedding. So my question is will it be weird to have a ring bearer and no flower girl? We have no one else in the appropriate age range that’s able to do it.

Totally fine to have one and not the other. Also, you can have someone of any age as your flower girl as long as they feel comfortable doing it! Having grandmothers as flower girls has actually become a new trend

Totally fine! We had our niece & nephew both as flower children in our wedding, no ring bearer and the flower children walked down with signs instead of throwing flowers.

Yep totally fine. We are actually have two ring beaters one will be holding a cute sign and one with the pillow! Not a problem at all.

I think it's fine. It's what we're having. My daughter will be the ring bearer. She wasn't interested in being a flower girl. She said the ring bearer is more important.

I don't think it's weird at all! I think more and more the traditional roles with little ones in weddings has become flexible, which I love!

I'm the opposite! I have a flower girl and no ring bearer, so our old jack russell terrier will be stepping in as our ring bearer!
