Governor just announced today, Almost all restrictions LIFTED by May 28th!!!! No mandatory testing, open bars and cocktail hour, open dance floor, cake cutting!!!!!!!! This is the best day ever! It is such a tremendous weight that has been lifted!

    East bay Newport. I also read your post. If you’re in RI have you checked out any of the mobile bar services?? They provide the alcohol and set up everything and bartend.
