If you go to your settings you can turn "Public Reviews" off which would hide your personal information. That's not okay that they harassed you.

Contact ww. they probably said you weren't a customer, so the review was removed. if you can prove you were, they can't remove it.

Wow, that is awful. I am so sorry they were going after you to change or remove the review.

I've seen reviews of my vendors listed as "Private User" - maybe you can change your settings for the purpose of leaving reviews? I am not sure. Sorry that I'm no help, but I'm angry for you that this happened!

Hi Natalie! Like @futuremrsmack posted, there is an option in your account settings to write a review anonymously so that the vendor will not see your name or wedding date.

I know you're in touch with our support team right now, but I do want to clarify that you have not submitted any WW reviews from this account. Do you have a different WW account you or your fiance uses? If the vendor was disputing your review I would still see it in your account, and right now there is nothing.

I saw the screenshot of the review and that's definitely not on WW - the formatting, design, and displayed user information is completely different than our site. Are there other wedding websites you use where you could have left this review?
