restore guests list

Amanda, on July 11, 2019 at 7:09 PM Posted in Account Support 0 9

So I messed up... BIG TIME. I went into the RSVP site to remove the food options for the RSVPs... I went to the menu page, hit select all... delete.... I didn't realize this would delete my ENTIRE guest list, I just needed to get rid of my food options. Am I going to have to readd all 151 guest? Or is there a way this can be restored?
My guests just started receiving their invites! Thankfully I have a backup RSVP method to have guests text my mother (for older guests who aren't tech savy). But I'd really like to get this fixed ASAP!!
Plugging all of those in was such a tedious task, I don't want to go through that again Smiley sad

Haha that's funny. I just did this as well. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Luckily I only assigned a small few to my A List so I could easily redo it. But now i know what NOT to do

This accident is far too common, and to not have a solution is ridiculous. Wedding Wire needs to find a solution or make the button more clear. This is extremely frustrating when I have a guest list of over 500 that I manually entered
