Restaurant Reception Menu

Hannah, on September 24, 2019 at 10:10 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 7
I am having a restaurant reception and trying to keep it under $45 per person. I am having a beach wedding at seafood place, and I am set on having crab legs (family tradition). I’m trying to decide if having a limited menu is a good idea vs. using the full menu. The highest priced meals on the menu are $50. Should I take the risk or go with a limited menu, if limited this is my menu I was planning:

I would limit the menu just to make it easier for the waitstaff and kitchen.

I’d go with a limited menu. It makes it easy on waitstaff and your budget. We’re also doing a restaurant reception and went with a set menu (2 choices) instead of a limited one to keep it atbudget and on time.

I would do the limited menu- Seems you have a good option for the main course.

    Hope everything works out.

The limited menu looks great!! To make sure you stay in the budget I would suggest the limited menu. Most weddings have a limited menu anyway - so I don't see the guests having an issue.

The limited menu looks delicious! I agree with Caytlyn, it is considerate to the kitchen to have a limited menu so they have only a few different combinations they have to make, and can make sure it's perfect, as opposed to rushing to cook the endless combinations the entire menu may present!
