Reserved seats/table

on July 13, 2019 at 7:56 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 8
I posted previous about how to designate reserved tables for family. We are having ceremony and reception in same location. Our guests will be sitting at same table for both events. We want to reserve approximately 4 tables for family and close friends. We are not having assigned seats or a DOC. I was wondering about placing chair sashes on the chair of reserved tables only. Do you think this would be ok and/or look ok or should I do a paper or wood sign. I am enclosing a screenshot photo of venue and samples of each idea. Also which table cloth for sweetheart table? Our colors are rose gold and various shades of gold decor. Ivory table cloths with burlap and lace runners. Ivory, petal pink, charcoal grey. Rustic theme

Personally I would do the table signs only. A sign that says reserved for family. You could maybe do a sash around the table. If there were some chairs decorated and some not it might not look right.

Paper, #2 & blush rose gold are my choices. They tie together and complement off of the paper flower colours in the Reserved pix.

I like the paper signs and that’s all you should need.

Paper signs are all you need, "Reserved for family". Most people have enough decency to know that that nicer seats are for parents and grandparents.

Thank you to everyone who responded. I did go with the reserved paper sign and gold heart sign holder.
