I am wanting to repurpose it in our reception (same venue space right next to the outdoor terrace) as a photo op background. But the complete arch is too big to fit through any of the venue’s doors. It is very lightweight, just large, so it would require some breakdown/reassembly of its pieces to make it indoors. Each greenery/floral section is already securely attached to a section of the arch (4 sections). So it would be unscrewing the arch apart, taking the four sections and the base indoors, and screwing the sections back together for the complete arch. Would I be able to ask the venue and/or my DOCs for help with this? Resetting the arch in the reception area after the ceremony? While wedding party is taking photos and guests in another area for cocktail hour. Or does this seem unrealistic? I have two DOCs (main lady and her assistant) and venue coordinator/staff. If anyone was able to successfully repurpose a ceremony arch at their reception please advise! Thanks in advance
