Replying to comments

It's social media, there is no etiquette.

It’s just social media... I wouldn’t get caught up in trying to create a rule. Click 👍🏽 or ❤️ and that’s cool. Comment to those you’d like. It’s no different than any other post on social media.

I did like a reply all. And just thanked everyone instead of individuals.

I liked each one and then posted a long “thank you to everyone!” Comment. But it’s definitely up to you. People won’t think badly of you.

My rule of thumb is to “like” or “love” all of them and then if someone takes the time to comment something longer then I’ll respond. For example: I’d love the “beautiful!” Comment but I’d respond to the “wow, these are beautiful photos! I love your outfit, you’ll make a gorgeous bride.” Also, I doubt anyone would be offended or read through the comment and say “she didn’t respond to mine but she responded to theirs”. They’ll get the notification that you loved their comment and move on

I usually "love" all the comments and then after a few days when the commenting as died down, i'd write "Thanks everyone for the congratulations!" or something along those lines.

For our wedding photos, I mostly liked them to let the people know I appreciated their comment! For the people I knew better, I typed a quick thank you!
