  Reach out to rental companies in your area. Explain to them what you are looking for and the amount you need. They will be able to send you quotes.

  If you’ve a venue they would be able to refer you to some too but it might not be the cheapest

  I’ve already reached out to local companies. Seeking those online or out of area who can provide the service. My venue does not provide anything.
