Rent the Runway Dress

I considered this option. However, I ended up using Azazie because it was cheaper for them to buy the dress than rent a dress than only got to keep for a few days. All of the dress on RTR that seemed “bridesmaid appropriate” were super pricey.

I used to love RTR. But they’ve really let me down lately with orders being delivered very late, stuck in a FedEx warehouse somewhere or never being delivered at all. I wouldn’t put my wedding in their hands unless MAYBE I was doing like the 8day rental and having the dress arrive 3-4 days before the wedding.

I think daughter briefly considered RTR, but read reviews that the company can cancel at the last minute (like if a dress isn't returned to them in time or is damaged, etc.). That kind of uncertainty would have driven daughter crazy, so she quickly dropped it as an option. Like so many others, her BMs used Azazie and had an excellent experience. Four of the five did custom-sizing, which comes with $50 worth of credit for any additional alterations needed. Her girls ranged from a size 6 to a size 18, and from barely 5' to nearly 6' tall. She could not have been happier with the way they looked in their dresses. (The quality of the fabric & construction and the cost were far superior to everything she saw at DB.)
