I want to buy this dress online because its in my budget and im in love with everything but how much poof is on it , am i able to remove tulle ??

I don't see a picture....

Either way check with a seamstress. Maybe call a boutique that has it and ask. Mine is an all tulle skirt, and they can remove layers.

Not sure if you attached a picture but insead of the outside tool they may be able to take some of the under layers out. My dress is a little too poofy for my liking and I'm taking some of the crinoline out.

They might be able to take out some under layers and make it less poofy. There isn’t an image of the dress though so I’m not sure

A good seamstress can remove some under layers .
