Removing boning/padding from dress?

I would take it to a tailor/seamstress and see what they think.

I took the padding and cups out of my dress, she then tightened the bodice a good bit,(3 times) Then, I lost more weight before the wedding, so I had to pin it on my wedding day. I was still alot more comfortable without all of that extra stuff ha ha

Search on YouTube, there are some great videos about how to alter for specific issues.
I think I had a similar issue when I was considering buying a dress, the boobs were too Madonna 90’s for my taste. Check this out, I think the alterations are straightforward for any wedding tailor, but won’t be cheap because it does take some work.
