Release some power

Me and H are both the same. We definitely had trouble letting go of control over everything. Almost everything we could do ourselves we did. We did hire a DOC to help with say of set up because we just physically couldn't do it ourselves. I don't really have any advice on how to relax about it because I don't think we ever did.

I do wish we could hire a DOC but its just not in our budget which sucks because i think it would help knowing a 'professional' is taking care of things lol

I am the same way and was so stressed. I planned my entire wedding alone in 10 weeks. The week of the wedding I finally asked one of my friends who wasn’t in the wedding to help (she had volunteered a million times). I gave her a list of things that needed to be done and she jumped in and helped me. It was tough to let go of some things but I had to do I could relax. Also try to take a day or so and not do anything wedding related to just catch yourself breath. Good luck. It’s not easy to do.

Unfortunately when it's the day of your wedding you're going to have to entrust that things will come together because at the end of the day, have faith that it'll all be ok !
