Hey y’all! Just looking for ideas/suggestions on affordable rehearsal dinner or luncheons the day before the wedding! It will be a destination wedding, so inclusivity is super important to us! Will be about 60 guests. I was thinking reserving a part of a restaurant or little event space but it gets pricey! TIA (:

I have my venue the whole weekend and we’re inviting everyone to the RD bc everyone is traveling. Publix has a catering menu they deliver, my brother is in charge of beer, and my stepmom is setting up a s’mores bar for the fire pit and games

This totally depends on what style of rehearsal dinner you want to have, and how many people will be in attendance. Reserving a private area in a restaurant is a really great idea but as you mentioned, the price of this can add up quickly.
Your rehearsal dinner doesn't have to be an overly formal event. Depending on what you are comfortable with (and what is feasible at your venue), you could organize a buffet-style meal, a BBQ or even order pizzas for everyone!
