Can I include it on the bottom of the wedding invitation as a place to check if they will be attending the wedding rehearsal dinner or not? (I attached a picture)

(I have a paper i'm including in the invitations with the rehearsal dinner information, should I just say on there RSVP for the rehearsal dinner?)

I feel like the most efficient way is the first but I don't know if that looks bad

I wouldn't include it on the wedding RSVP card unless you plan to invite everyone. We are sending separate invites to those invited to the Rehearsal Dinner.

You don't have to invite everyone to the rehearsal dinner. It's meant to be for the bridal party and immediate family. If everyone is there then it's like a preview of the wedding for everyone. We didn't invite extra oot guests, we provided them with a list of good restaurants in the area though.

I would make a separate card and put it only in the envelopes of people you want to invite.
