Help! Does anyone know of any outdoor venues in The Woodlands TX that would allow us to bring in an outside caterer for a BBQ Rehearsal dinner (Friday night)? All I can seem to find are restaurants and country clubs that will not let us bring in our caterer.

No one has a big backyard??? Also parks generally allow this.... I mean we had cookouts at parks all the time.

Unfortunately both of our families don't live in The Woodlands area so we don't have a family member to ask to use their backyard :/ I'll look into parks...could be tricky with alcohol but who knows!

I'm below the beltway, so I'm not much of help, but I figured I'd bump this!

What about a VFW? Or call the city/county to see if there's any of those types. We had our wedding in a city-owned beach hall (in Surfside).

What about the park areas around Lake Woodlands? You'll need to check about closing times and permits, but there's a park right by a little rowing club and next to the water that is huge and nice.
