Registry Wording

nolalishak, on September 29, 2016 at 11:02 AM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 6

Good morning! I'm working on my Wedding Website and was trying to find a way to word the text above our registry page.

"Your presence on our special day is the only gift we request ... [blah]"

How did y'all word it? Any suggestions?

Those lines feel forced to me. Don't say anything at all.

I don't think there needs to be any cutesy wording. My website just gives the links to the registry, others I've seen might have something like "The Bride & Groom are registered at blah blah blah" and provide the links.

Ok cool. I was worried about it seeming forced. Thanks I'll leave it blank!

I said something like thank you for your love and support as we begin our journey into Mr. and Mrs. or something along those lines

I just said, "If you would like, we are registered at the following places."
