Registry page not working

I am having trouble creating a wedding registry directly from Wedding Wire. The page will not load at all. I cannot even click the start registry button. Neither can I add any pre existing registries. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Traharolyn! Is there an error message of some kind that you are running into when you click on the 'Registry' tab at the top of your page?

No there is not. Once the page opens in a new tab, the only thing I see is a heart moving in a circle as if the page is attempting to load but nothing happens.

Yes I have. I may have an old registry from my previous account with the same email. Is there any way to delete it since I deleted my old account.
