I had this issue last year and they just won't fix it. You can email your URL to the support email address and they will link it for you, however if you haven't sent out your site to guests yet, I would suggest using a different site. Wedding Wire has many other "glitches" like this one

Honestly if you haven't sent out this link to anyone I would go somewhere else and save the headache. So many people have issues with the rsvps, the link not working, registry not working, and much more. I used zola and it has been awesome.
