Hi everyone. We're going to move into a small furnished studio apartment in Switzerland after getting married and we're probably going to be moving around quite a bit over the next 10 years, so we don't want to get that much registered. Having a registry isn't a thing in my culture, but my partner thinks some of his older friends and relatives won't be ok with just a cash/honeymoon fund. Any suggestions for what would be worth having in a small space?

Kitchenaid! Brita water filter, airfryer, coffee machine, see through toaster, microwave, bamboo fiber bed sheets, heated blanket, etc! Grüezy!!!

Older relatives will most likely give you cash regardless. What they probably wouldn't be on board with is blatantly asking for money. If you don't want a registry then that is fine. People have always managed to give gifts without them.

When I think small spaces I think appliances that can do multiple things or I think storage options that’ll help organize so maybe think of closet space saving items or smaller appliances
