Registry: favorite towels!? Other favorite items!?

We registered for Target towels. They don't fade/get bleached out/discolored by face and beauty products. I can't tell you how many "luxury" towels I've ruined!

We registered for bath towels and we're hoping to get them. Most of the towels we have are really small so these would be nice to have.

I'm interested to hear some of the responses as well since my search for nice towels has been a challenge! I waited to register for towels until we went to the store and were able to "feel up" the towels in person so we knew if we liked the texture. We decided on the Wamsutta collection from BBB, and then I read mixed reviews about them online. So, we may go with a different towel or take them off completely and just go buy some that we like later on.

I'm hugely picky with towels so I did a bunch of research before buying them. We needed to buy them before the wedding because our towel situation had gotten so dire. We ended up going with Pottery Barn Hydrocotton Bath Towels. They're crazy soft and absorbent and despite being Pottery Barn aren't crazy expensive.

I second the Pottery Barn towels. They are amazing.

We registered for the pottery barn towels, they came up multiple times in my research. Also kitchenmaid mixer.....my favorite thing ever!

I need to look for good ones to that are the bath sheets. Fh is 6'5 and I am fat so I want the big ones.

We just picked nice ones at target. Went to the store and felt every brand. We liked the threshold towels. Comes in all sizes. I'm very excited for a new toaster!!

We registered for Macy's Hotel Collection.

Annakay, going to Target now, what brand? Or is it Target's brand? While you can't register for this, Costco sells white towels that are great a 6 pack is $25. You could register for decorative towels. Ohh a really cool thing is also a towel warmer, check it out if the place you are registering has one.

Pottery Barn all the way. I love ours.

I second the Target towels! I have had fancier towels before, but never any as good as the target ones! They haven't frayed or faded in the last two years I've had them, and they dry quickly. I think the ones I have are the Target Home brand or something like that.

China! I'm so excited about the china on my registry!

We got plush towels from JC Penny. I have no idea what brand but they are lovely.

Honestly, I love love love my china and crystal. We haven't used the china a ton yet but I've made every excuse to use the crystal as often as possible. It's just all so pretty and special and makes me happy to look at. Also, pretty much every appliance. We received so many beautiful additions to our kitchen, every time I use something it reminds me of the wedding and it's awesome.

We registered for so many towels and went to buy them right away after the wedding with our registry completion discount. We just registered for some at Target and we love them. They say they are fast drying, but we don't really check back to see if they do somehow dry faster. They are over-sized and incredibly soft though. We liked that they had a wide variety of colors too.

Thanks so much for the responses! I'll plan to check out the Pottery Barn ones and the Target ones! I had once tried to upgrade our towels by buying some at Bed Bath Beyond just based on the feel in the store, but they totally didn't hold up when washed, so I'm glad to know which ones you all have been happy with!

I have some Target towels and I love them. They are soft, absorbent, and have held up well over the 5 years I've had them. However, I wanted to try something fluffier, so we registered for Macy's Hotel Collection towels. Maybe I have made a mistake??
