Registry Dilemma

Help please! A coworker whom I’m not close with has asked for cash only on her registry. I spent a lot at the team bridal shower already. I’m not comfortable with her knowing how much my gift is to her but with cash it’s obvious. What can I do so I don’t look cheap but also don’t really go over budget for someone I barely know and isn’t that close to me like the rest of the team?
