Invitations by Dawn has coupon codes galore that you can get when you order your samples (and they have free samples coupons through Wedding Wire!) AND the prices are really good - way less than minted. My mom was so surprised at the price when she saw the quality of the samples that she asked if she could buy them for me. (now we just need to solidify some of the info to actually order them). They also will do addresses for a minimal charge - 40c each, but addresses on reply card envelopes are free. We picked a midrange design and it will be less than $100 for 84 invites with inner and outer envelopes. The matching reply cards and envelopes are $70 for the same amount. They sell in multiples of 12 and the per card price decreases the more you buy. They also are always having sales so if you have some patience and get their emails you can get up to 60% off your order - and they have a sale a month (different %'s each month from what I've noticed.
