Recessional Struggles

The rest of the music selections were easy! The processional, the candle lighting/family blending ceremony, the first dance, the anniversary dance ... all easy. But for some reason we are struggling with the recessional!! It's a big moment... walking back down the aisle as husband and wife ... heading off to the reception. Big smiles and everyone watching. I would love to hear some of your selections just to broaden my point of view ... maybe point me in a different direction...

    Seriously choosing music for the ceremony was SUCH a struggle for me. Didn't choose until like 2 weeks ago. We actually decided to do the Imperial March from Star Wars for our recessional, because he is a huge fan and I'm starting to get into it a lot more recently. I have songs from Disney and Broadway in our other Ceremony songs.

    Do you two have a favorite upbeat song together? I think our recessional song was the first we figured out! 😂 We were selecting songs for our band to play and it reminded us of a concert (of a different band) that we’d gone to together and how much fun we had during a specific song that happened to fit the vibe of us, our wedding and a recessional perfectly. 😁
