Reception Venues in southern NH that allow outside caterers?

We are looking for a venue to have our wedding reception for Fall of 2015 preferably in the greater Nashua or Manchester area that allows for you to bring in an outside caterer and create more of a "customized" wedding. Any suggested on venues to look into? We'd preferably like something that has more of a rustic feel and isn't your typical country club.

Searles Castle In Windham would be fun for something like that. Not 100% sure how flexible but I know that you can have your reception outside so I am guessing it will all work. Good luck!
