I'd check with the venue. One place I looked you had to rent through them, thankfully the place we picked we can bring in our own. Just make sure to ask if you're in charge of set up or if they will do it

Michelle, go to CVlinens.com They have wonderful satin runners with matching napkings that are inexpensive. Don't know how many tables you are having, but a pop of color on your table will go a long way. I can send you some other resources if you need them. Hotels usually provide everything for your table except runners, overlays chair covers or chair sashes. They usually provide white or ivory full length table cloths and plain napkins. So do order your color from CVlinens. If you need any other info or resource, just email me. A table usually holds 8 to 10 guests.

So, for 40 guests, I would seat 8 per table - 5 tables in total.

You should have them set up a "sweetheart" table for just you and your fiance (see photo) so altogether, 6 tables, a cake table and a gift/gift card table.

Ask your DJ if he or she needs a table (they may bring their own).

You will need table cloths for all the tables, and for colored napkins and table runners go to efavormart.com

Hope the hotel has nice chairs. If they do, you won't need chair covers, but they also have them at efavormart.

Gold and mint are nice. You can get gold votives and white silk orchid arrangements (my sister got them for her engagement party) and maybe mint table runners. If you want mint napkins, that would look pretty. Scatter gems in clear diamond is also a nice touch for a little sparkle. I'll speak to my decorator and see what she thinks. Do mint blue, not mint green. Mint blue is a nicer shade and matches best with everything.
