We only have two hours of dancing at the reception after everything is said and done? Is that normal? It feels really short to me.

For a typical 4 hour reception, that is pretty normal.

I think that is still a reasonable amount of time! We are doing about 2.5 hrs as well.
And if you'd like to continue, you can always go to a bar/lounge after the wedding.

That's normal. We had 3 hours of dancing but could have done 2.5 and been fine.

We had about 3 hours because we didn’t do a lot of the traditional things.

We aren’t really having dancing at all. Music will be playing and people can dance if they want I guess. 2.5 hours seems pretty normal though.
