Real or Silk Flowers

We are using fake flowers that I ordered from Amazon. I used fake ones for the bouquet for my minimony and will be also using them for our upcoming big wedding as well.

We'll be using silk flowers and are totally happy with the decision. We got them at Hobby Lobby actually lol and you can barely tell they're silk flowers. Super budget friendly, we were able to put them together ourselves, and we now have them months in advance so we don't need to worry about picking them up or making sure they arrive on time the day of the wedding. Plus they won't wilt at all the day of and we can keep them forever!

Oh yikes, in your situation I would definitely use fake flowers! We are using real flowers for our wedding, but I have been to multiple weddings that have used silk flowers and they looked just fine!

I have severe allergies to flowers grown in the garden. But fresh flowers from a florist don't trigger my allergies in the least. Also they are much cheaper than silk flowers.

I actually rented my flowers from Something Borrowed Blooms and they are all silk flowers. They look so real in photos and definitely way more affordable than real flowers!

I'm almost always a proponent of real flowers (especially for the bridal bouquet, because let's face it, that bouquet will be in over half of your photos), but if you're allergic to real flowers, then I'd say fake would be the better option in this case!

I would say do fake they look wonderful and you can keep your bouquet forever

Choosing fake flowers was one of the best things I did just because it saved us so much money, and we bought them months in advance.

I used fake flowers because it was just a lot cheaper

We are using silks and not only can you not tell the difference in photos, they are so much cheaper!
