My bridal party walked in on For You by Kenny Latimore.

I had a very small wedding so not much a processional before I walked in (except for the seating of our parents and grandparents) , but they walked into "As" by Anthony Hamilton and Marsha Ambrosius. Also, "You and I" (it's the song Michael sang at Thelma's wedding on Good Times - lol) covered by Michael Buble was a strong contender as well.
