Random sandwich filling poll

I would do cheddar jack (is just cheese or is there lunchmeat too?) Or tuna salad.

I love egg salad, personally.

I am only doing two and one would be chicken salad for sure. I have never had cheddar jack so maybe I need to try ha ha.

I am sorry I missed the part where you are doing one chicken salad, then yes I would go cheddar jack just there aren't two mayo based sandwiches.

View Quoted Comment Part of the reason I suggested it is so that you have one option with meat (since you said you're picking chicken salad as one option) and one option without meat. But Cheddar Jack does sound like a delicious option anyway, so that's the other reason I suggested it.

I think egg salad makes sense for a brunch, so if that's your preference, go for it. Most vegetarian people eat eggs, and vegans won't eat croissants anyway because of the butter, so I don't think you need to worry too much about that. I'm sure you're planning to anyway, but just in case, make sure you also have some plain fruit available. Almost everyone can eat that.

So here is the good thing. No vegans or vegetarians are invited ha ha. I thought egg salad too just in case someone wants a meat less option as there are a few meat options.

Egg salad or tuna salad would be my two preferences (I actually add hard boiled eggs to my tuna salad, so I get the best of both worlds. )

I would choose the cheddar jack

Try one, warm, with Neufchatel on a croissant. What cream cheese was before the added guar and carob gums and stuff.
But otherwise the Cheddar.

So I am getting this made. I am not making the sandwiches so the options above are what the deli is making ha ha. I will make dessert shooters the night before but everything else is something I can buy ha ha.
