Haven’t seen that, but I have a friend whose wedding was in a Major League Baseball park! It was both unusual and totally them!

I’ve never seen it done but that’s why I love the idea. 😃 Are you referring to car track or running track?

Additionally it can still have a classy feeling, if done correctly. Not sure where you live or the budget. But there’s the Nascar hall of fame in NC where events can be held. But, there are Nascar, NHRA and many small/local tracks around the country.
