Address the envelope to adults only and you can include something like "We have reserved 2 seats in your honor" on the RSVP

Address invites to who you want to invite. Then put something about no children on the wedding website(in a polite way, or course)

If there's a space for you to write in how many seats are reserved for them, make sure to write 2 in yourself.

Be specific when you address your invitations. Mr. & Mrs. Smith instead of The Smith Family. I also put on my RSVP card ______ of ________ attending. I filled out the last blank with the specific number. I also had a little wording on my details card, not the invitation or the RSVP. It said "Tiny Humans: Make it a date night and leave the little ones at home. Adult only reception."

Not inviting children makes it pretty obvious that children aren’t invited. There’s no need to mention on an invitation who isn’t invited.

"The bride and the groom are requesting that all guests be of age (blank) or older"

Or it it's just strictly not inviting their kids then only address the invite to mr and mrs.

I agree with Caytlyn and Gabby

We had an adults only wedding so we wrote "Mx and Mx Lastname" and also wrote __ of 2 attending.

I also wrote on our wedding website we wrote a cute poem about loving the children but it was an adults only event.

We added a little slip in the invitations that said "we have reserved 2 seats in your honor. Please RSVP by...." so hopefully it's apparent 🤷‍♀️

I did my RSVP's with this statement:
The RSVP is for the Addressee(s) Only
There is Not A Plus One Option

I will tell you right now, only addressing them to who’s invited does not work. People make assumptions. You’re going to have to write adults only. It sounds harsh but some people will not get it on their own.

Agreed. You have to be blunt.

For example, I have a cousin who is single and out of state. He is not in a relationship, but I wanted to give him the opportunity to bring a guest since he is traveling. If I addressed it Cousin & Guest, he could have easily brought his 6 year old child. No thank you.

How about writting "All adults Event Only" or "All Adults Wedding Only" or "All Adults R.s.v.p."? Or adding a "No underage guests"? Hope I helped out! Best wishes!!
