I'd really like to get my BMs these compacts as part of their gift, and they're engravable on the front and back. I'd like the front to have their name and a quote about friendship, and I'd like the back to say "Thank you for being my MOH/BM" and our wedding date.

What is a quote you'd be happy with on a compact if you received it as a BM gift? Should they each get a different quote?

1. A Friend is someone who knows all about you and loves you anyway

2. Friendship is no big thing, it's a million little things

3. Friends are flowers in the garden of life

4. It takes a long time to grow an old friend

5. I smile because you are my friend, I laugh because now you are my sister (this one would only be for FSIL)

I think that doing a different quote for each BM according to which one best describes your friendship with them would be nice I really like that idea for a BM gift!

Update... What do you think of these quotes - a different one for each girl

MOH (we're really close): I had a strong feeling the day that we first met, that you’d be a friend I would never forget.
BM (she's the one whose postponing her wedding): If I had a flower for every time I thought of you, I could walk through my garden forever
BM (we're not quite as close, but she's known me longest): A Friend is someone who knows all about you and loves you anyway
BM (FSIL): I smile because you are my friend, I laugh because now you are my sister

Maybe something like

"We have been friends through thick and thin,
Thank you for being by my side
as a new chapter in my life begins"

On the back you can do their name or initials and your wedding date.
